Throughout my career I have seen how language can open doors and build trust, and how quickly harm can spread when people disregard those affected by the systems they create.

My path is also personal. As a young adult, I was drawn into, and later walked away from, an extremist movement. That experience shaped how I understand identity, belonging, accountability, and change. It is part of why I care so deeply about helping organizations respond to complex issues while respecting the people involved.

Today, I bring that passion and experience to responsible AI adoption. AI is changing how organizations communicate, manage risk, and understand responsibility, which is much deeper than simply learning new tools.
