I’m Liz Moore-Frederiksen, founder of GrowthShifters. I partner with mission-driven entrepreneurs, non-profits, and media producers to turn complex ideas into inclusive impact.

My passion is rooted in lived experience: as a young adult I was drawn into, and then walked away from, an extremist movement. That hard lesson showed me how words and ideas can fracture communities or bring them together.  Choosing to break free was my first growth shift.

Today, I fuse that insight, along with experience in storytelling, content creation, and EDI-based advocacy, to craft strategic communications, coach mindset shifts, and amplify voices that deserve the mic.
