I’m Liz, founder of GrowthShifters. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with the stories, systems, and social pressures that shape how we understand each other and respond to change. That work has taken me through media, human rights education, and hate and extremism prevention.
Now I bring that experience to responsible AI adoption, helping organizations navigate AI use with confidence, direction, and a deeper understanding of the people affected by these tools.
